Brief It. Then Lift It. Tank | Dumbbells & Hotels

Hotel fitness rooms run warm and layovers run short. This tank keeps you cool for a fast, planned circuit and carries the reminder in heavy condensed letters: BRIEF IT. THEN LIFT IT.

It rolls small enough for a laptop bag pocket, so a quick overnight still has room for a workout.

Fabric & fit: Lightweight unisex tank, breathable, tag-free print.

Care: Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print.

Is this true to size? Yes — order your usual size. Where is it made? Printed to order in the USA, one at a time. How fast does it ship? Production + shipping estimates are shown at checkout.

Brief It. Then Lift It. Plan the day like a flight, then put the plan to work under the bar, wherever the trip lands you.

Dumbbells & Hotels — apparel for people who train between flights, shifts, and time zones.
