Brief It. Then Lift It. Hoodie | Dumbbells & Hotels

Early show times and cold cabins call for a real layer. This midweight hoodie handles both and carries a simple order of operations across the chest: BRIEF IT. over THEN LIFT IT., in bold block lettering.

Pull it on for the predawn drive to the airport, keep it on through the flight, and wear it into your warm-up sets once you land.

Fabric & fit: Midweight fleece, kangaroo pocket, tag-free print, true-to-size unisex fit.

Care: Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print.

Is this true to size? Yes — order your usual size. Where is it made? Printed to order in the USA, one at a time. How fast does it ship? Production + shipping estimates are shown at checkout.

Brief It. Then Lift It. Plan the day like a flight, then put the plan to work under the bar, wherever the trip lands you.
