Brief It. Then Lift It. Crop Tee | Dumbbells & Hotels

For women who run their travel days on a plan and treat training as part of it. The front says it in two short lines of stacked block type: BRIEF IT. THEN LIFT IT.

The cropped length stays out of the way through lunges and presses, and it pairs easily with high-rise leggings for travel days.

Fabric & fit: Lightweight cotton blend, cropped fit, tag-free print.

Care: Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print.

Is this true to size? Yes — order your usual size. Where is it made? Printed to order in the USA, one at a time. How fast does it ship? Production + shipping estimates are shown at checkout.

Brief It. Then Lift It. Plan the day like a flight, then put the plan to work under the bar, wherever the trip lands you.

Dumbbells & Hotels — apparel for people who train between flights, shifts, and time zones.
